- A properly filled-in Google Business Profile — correct categories, hours, photos, description. This is what puts you in the map results, and it is free. Most businesses I look at have it half-done or not claimed at all.
- An obvious way to make contact — tap-to-call and WhatsApp, right there on a phone screen, not buried on a contact page.

Do you only work with businesses in Kempton Park?
No — I work with small businesses across South Africa, and everything is done remotely by WhatsApp and email. Being on the East Rand simply means I know the area, and I am happy to meet locally if you would rather do it face to face.
How quickly will I show up on Google?
Honestly: a new site is not instant, and anyone who promises you page one by Friday is selling you something. Getting your Google Business Profile properly set up is usually the fastest lever, because it can put you in the local map results without waiting on a new site to build authority. I will tell you what is realistic for your trade and area rather than guess at a date.
What if I already have a website?
Then we probably do not need a new one. Often the quicker win is fixing what is throttling the site you already have and sorting out your Google listing. I will tell you straight if you do not need to spend money on a rebuild.
Do I own the site?
Yes. It is on your own address and it is yours to keep. There is no contract locking you in and no hostage situation if you ever want to move it elsewhere.
