AI Front-Desk
An AI chat assistant that answers your customers at 11pm.
Most small businesses do not lose a sale because their price was wrong. They lose it because a question arrived after hours and nobody answered until Tuesday.
An AI chat assistant — I call it the AI Front-Desk — is a small chat window on your website that talks to visitors in plain language. It knows your services, your hours, your prices and your quirks, because it is built from the information you give me about your business. It does not read from a generic script.
What it actually does
- Answers the same twelve questions you answer every week — what you charge, where you are, whether you have availability, what is included, how long it takes.
- Captures the lead — name and number, plus what they wanted, so a 2am enquiry is sitting in your pocket by breakfast instead of evaporating.
- Hands over to a human — one tap moves the conversation to your WhatsApp when the question needs you.
- Works on a phone, because that is how nearly everyone will meet it.
What it will not do — the honest bit
- It will not pretend to be a person. It says it is an assistant if asked.
- It will not invent an answer. If it does not know, it says so and offers to put you in touch — that rule matters more than sounding clever.
- It will not take card payments or handle anyone's banking details.
- It is only as good as what you tell me about your business. Ten minutes of your real information beats an hour of my guessing.
Who it tends to suit
The pattern is the same everywhere: a business where enquiries arrive outside working hours and the owner is the bottleneck. Guest houses and B&Bs fielding booking questions at night. Trades quoting between jobs. Clinics and practices whose phone rings during consultations. Schools and clubs answering the same admin question two hundred times a term.
How we get there
- A free chat. You tell me what people keep asking you. Fifteen minutes, on WhatsApp, no meeting required.
- I build it and send you a link. A real, working assistant for your actual business — not a slide deck and not a generic demo. You open it and try to break it.
- You only pay once it is live and doing the job on your site. If it is not right, you owe me nothing.

Questions people actually ask
Do I need a website already?
No. If you do not have one yet, I can build the site and the assistant together — that is the Get-Found Website, from R1,950. If you do have a site, the assistant drops onto it without rebuilding anything.
Will it answer questions wrongly and embarrass me?
It is built to say "I am not sure, let me put you in touch" rather than guess. That is a deliberate design choice: an assistant that admits a gap is far safer for your reputation than one that invents an answer. You see exactly how it behaves in the free demo before anything goes live.
How long does it take?
About a week from the point you send me your information, usually less. The demo itself is normally back with you within a couple of days.
What happens to the leads it captures?
They go wherever you actually look — WhatsApp, email, or a simple sheet. The point is that it lands somewhere you already check, not in another dashboard you have to remember to open.
Is my customers’ information handled properly?
Yes. Enquiries are handled in line with POPIA, I do not sell or share your customer data, and I do not collect more than the enquiry needs.
Also worth a look
Tell me the question you are sick of answering.
Send me one line about your business and what people keep asking. I will build you a working assistant and send you the link — free, no obligation.
